Tyler Winfield develops the arm and the delivery. MARR STRENGTH® delivers the training system underneath it: the hips, spine, shoulder complex, balance, coordination, and workload capacity that help pitchers express more and sustain what they build.

Why this exists
Pitching work needs a body that can hold up.
Velocity is not just an arm problem. It is a system problem.
Pitchers need to organize force from the ground, through the hips and spine, into the shoulder and arm. When that chain is disconnected, athletes can still throw hard for a while, but they usually leak force, lose command, feel tight, or struggle to sustain output.
MARR STRENGTH® does not replace Tyler’s mechanical work. It supports it by giving the athlete a better physical foundation for the mechanical changes to stick.
Foundation
Baseline organization, awareness, balance, and movement quality.
Force Transfer
Better connection from the hips and spine into the shoulder complex.
Workload Capacity
The ability to sustain quality movement under stress, load, and fatigue.
Choose your path
Online support or in-person training.
Both paths support Tyler’s pitching development work. Pick the one that matches the athlete’s schedule and how hands-on they want the process to be.

MARR STRENGTH® uses the Foundation Program to establish the baseline. BoxMatrix develops coordination, balance, stability, mobility, and workload capacity. Shoulder Matrix builds on that foundation by connecting the hips, spine, scapula, and shoulder complex together.
Foundation Program
The starting point for organization, control, and repeatable movement quality.
BoxMatrix Outline
The core system for unilateral control, hip-spine connection, and force transfer.
Shoulder Matrix
Shoulder-focused training that still respects the full chain.

MARR® Evaluation with Chad Marr
